I have been using up some 6" RSC14 sampler blocks from Angela's at http://superscrappy.blogspot.com.au
I put them into my WONKY STAR STRUCK blocks and completed a flimsy.
Here is my room tidy.. Well it is for me.....
While I was making the blocks I have started a Leaders & Enders project with Bonnie Hunters http://quiltville.blogspot.com.au/2005/06/string-spider-web.html quilt block.
And here is my flimsy. I think it looks great...

I LOVE your star flimsy. So cute! Sewing room looks pretty good too.
Great top! Those stars really sparkle!
Using the RSC blocks as centres for your stars is a wonderful idea. I just love your setting! There is no one distinct block as they all interlock to form the whole. This took some very careful planning for a colourful finish.
I love the idea of using the sampler blocks as the centers of your stars--brilliant! Your setting for the stars is wonderful too.

I love getting to see your sewing space, Jo. It is so big compared to mine. Mine is sort of the size of a large walk in closet, but it works for me. Maybe some day when my girls get married I will move into one of their rooms.
I just love seeing all of your projects. You do beautiful work!
