PIF WINNER, item sent and received

Terry was my winner with PIF.

Here is what I made and sent.
A folder cover made with lots of 1" finished half square triangles.

And on the inside you can put your patterns, WIP in plastic sleeves, pens.... Whatever you like.

I know Terry was happy with it             BUT
Mmmmm the postage.... $30.... that is what you have to accept when you take part in overseas giveaways and swaps. It is a pleasure to share our craft....

These were the rules

I cannot believe it is DECEMBER already.
CHRISTMAS is so close and everyone is making presents.......
I spent my Sunday at a friends doing a little bit of binding on some bags for one of my groups presents. They are so much fun to make and look great too. My friends like them and now I will be teaching how to make them at my local group.....

P.I.F. Pay it Forward

Back in May, over at Cheryll's blog
She asked if anyone wanted to take part in P.I.F.  Pay it Forward...
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN ? ? I hear you ask.....
I said YES. I sat and waited. Then in early October I received a lovely parcel in the mail.
This is what I received.

Now it is my turn to P.I.F.

1...What you do is make a COMMENT on THIS POST ONLY.
2...Then on 1st December I will draw out 2 or 3 names
3...Over the next few months I will send the winners a lovely HANDMADE  gift.
4...Only comment to participate if you are ready, willing and able to do your own PIF

When you receive a special parcel in the mail it is your turn to P.I.F.
You start the process over and the fun of your own begins again.
Good luck everyone.

PIF pay it forward

I signed up with Cheryll over at. http://stitchingcubbyhole.blogspot.com.au a while back for a fun bit of gift giving.
It was called PIF.

Here is what I received from CHERYLL
All so nicely wrapped up and ready to rip apart...

Look at the work CHERYLL has put into making these. They will get used quite a bit.
I will put more up about PIF soon. Once things settle down here a bit.
THANKYOU CHERYLL
It really did put a smile on my face at a time when it was needed. To receive a gift from someone for no reason is great. Keep up your good work of sharing and caring.
Please take the time to have a look at Cheryll's blog and all the good things she organises.
