Teddy Bears in Bed Under a Patchwork Quilt

I have finished a babies cot quilt. It is so cute.
I am very happy with the way it turned out.
Most of the blocks were listed on Starwood Quilter site. This is an online book club where we read a book that is in some way quilt related. Then Susan puts up blocks & their links for all to make.
I have tried a few different blocks in different sizes to make up this cot quilt.
It measures 36" x 50"
Here is a close up of the quilting. Lovely teddy bears.

More blocks done

I have made 2 more 12" blocks for my Teddy Bear patchwork cot quilt.
The colours of yellow, green & white always look so fresh.

A good days sewing

Today I have been working on some blocks for a Teddy Bear Patchwork Cot quilt.
I am part of  Starwood Quilters Book Club. On this site Susan lists different blocks that match with the book that is being read that month.

Our book to read and discuss during December 2013 is The Christmas Quilt by Jennifer Chiaverini.  It's a quick, fun read.  Get the book from your local library or bookstore and join us!

In October, the Quilters' Book Club read State Fair: a Benni Harper Mystery by Earlene Fowler.

State Fair quilt blocks.

I have been reading "State Fair" by Earlene Fowler with Starwood Quilter Book Club
I have started making the blocks that have been mentioned on this site.
Not only do we read the book, chat about the book but Susan also puts up relevant quilt blocks for us to make. Most of these patterns are free and downloadable.
