Tracing stitcheries

I have a friend who has broken/shattered her leg/knee.
So to keep her busy I am tracing some stitcheries.
Sending them off in the post. If she manages to get them done, well good on her..
It doesn't matter if they take years.
I borrowed a light box from another quilting friend and off I went.
I think I need one of these.

I bought these patterns many years ago.
They are so cute.

I have finished tracing LETTERS TO SANTA.

Now I am on to tracing WINTER WONDERLAND.

This should keep my friend busy for a while.

THANKYOU from my friend SHEZ.

I have had a great time with Shez this week. We have been to my local sewing groups, been sightseeing. And even got some quilt shopping in... BUT most of all we talked and had a lot of fun.
Shez was so kind and gave me the most amazing THANKYOU gift.
Firstly my gift bag had some home made fruit cake for my hubby, pickled Beetroot, relish and mustard Pickles. Shez also made and brought a beautiful Zucchini Quiche for dinner.  YUMMY...
I didn't get any photos of them before we opened and ate them...
The next. WOW was this amazing set of patterns designed by Nikki  Tervo.
CHRISTMAS MICE STITCHERIES.....
THANKYOU     SHEZ    for all your help this week.

I have already started handing out the Xmas gifts to group members and friends.

What I have been sewing this week.

It is so nice to have a few days at home. Some time in my work room and then time inside for quiet work. I am involved in a few swaps so these gifts are ongoing. I need to be making something all the time. I leave the knitting, bindings and stitcheries for at night while I am watching TV and machine work for the day time out in my workroom.
I just love these Xmas stitcher you decorations.... Variety is good...

I was given some green cotton so I have been busy knitting up more dishcloths and trying new patterns. I am happy with how they have turned out.

Mmmmm working with green scraps. I can't show what they are for another month. I do love sewing up my crumbs though. Greens are so pretty...

And don't forget to sign up and join in on FNSI with WENDY this Friday night
