It’s the end of September so how far did I get?
Chookshed challenge # 3 SASHIKO stitching is done.
I have rinsed all the blocks to get the markings off. I’m just waiting for them to nearly dry.
Then it’s time to iron them flat.
All I need to do now is to assemble the quilt. I won’t be trimming the blocks until I’m ready to assemble.
Linking up with Deana.
We all know which number is left for October. Some of you may have switched numbers due to having other commitments. I think it will be # 1. Xmas stitchery - progress.
Or I can choose one of the others I didn’t get done.
# 7 - quilt red Dalmatian
# 8 - Flip la K ruler bag
# 5 - 9 more placemats needed to complete my goal of 50
# 6 - more Chandlers Cottage 2024 advent projects
# 9 - more Farmers Wife blocks.
There are plenty of other things I can do…

Well done on getting them done. I swapped my Sashiko project over, so it is October’s project. We sound the same, in that we have a few of the nominated projects still in the works.
Your blocks all look great - lovely to have got them all done. xx
That's a lot of work. Well done!
Well done getting the Sashiko blocks completed .
Wonder which project you’ll pick to work on for October.
I do love your Sashiko, and am excited to see how you put them together
There is so much beautiful stitching in all your lovely blocks.
they look good - looking forward to the end result!
mmm Christmas Stitchery - really not sure what or whether I will do that - I may make some Christmas decorations that I need for up coming swaps..that at least fits the bill and I am not starting something new.
I'm sure that what ever you select, you will make lots of progress. Your Sashiko blocks look good. Looking forward to seeing what happens next.
