Tracing stitcheries

I have a friend who has broken/shattered her leg/knee.
So to keep her busy I am tracing some stitcheries.
Sending them off in the post. If she manages to get them done, well good on her..
It doesn't matter if they take years.
I borrowed a light box from another quilting friend and off I went.
I think I need one of these.

I bought these patterns many years ago.
They are so cute.

I have finished tracing LETTERS TO SANTA.

Now I am on to tracing WINTER WONDERLAND.

This should keep my friend busy for a while.

Love my lightbox, looks like it's keeping you both busy. They are lovely patterns, will have to add them to my never ending list. Lovely idea for your friend :)

You are such a good friend.. Gorgeous Christmas stitcheries for her to do.
Maybe you could use your Piggy Bank money for a light box if you haven't spent it'
I bought one on Ebay for just over $100 the size of an A4 sheet.

Yes they will take her a long time. I made the Winter Wonderland quilt and it took me years. I have a few other Crab Apple Hill patterns just waiting for me to start them.

It is so thoughtful of you to do this for her. Tracing takes awhile too, and a light table is a MUST! Your arms will hurt holding them up to a window.
