MARCH. FNWF

Friday was spent quilting another Aussie Hero quilt.... And I finished off the binding on Saturday.
This quilt top was made by Barbara, the flowers drawn and cut by Rhonda and I did the applique and quilted it.
Aussie Hero quilt by Barbara, Rhonda & Jo...

I had a friend staying over and I sewed a little hexagon coaster.
I am in the process of cleaning my workroom up. When I find little projects I have been keeping them handy and taking them to my sit n sew days....

I also have made a start on my Dear Jane quilt...
My first block is an easy one... B1.
Our local quilt group is having a SAL. The plan is to do 4 blocks a month. This means we won't be finished until 2020... Wow....

Go over to Cherylls and see what everyone else got up to for FNWF...

Love your Aussie Hero quilt with the big flowers on it. They added so much. Also, congrats on a finish even if it is going away to someone else. You give so much to so many! It would seem that everything you do is for someone else.

Dear Jane? Perhaps watching your progress will get me going. I had the goal to do 3 a month and have not yet made one this year. I will have to do 4 a month with you maybe to catch up. I figured that 3 a month would get my center done (not borders) by the end of 2016. Love love love this project but oh boy is it work.
