My Appliqué workshop

My appliqué workshop went so well. We all had a bit of fun.
Traced some simple drawings onto vliesofix, ironed them onto fabric,
cut out on the lines, then iron on to background.
Now to get ready for lots of blanket stitching.

Doesn't he look great on the newsprint background.

Look at this cutie pie.

And put on to the background

Wow, I've never had the confidence to attempt such complex designs. Stars are my most intricate so far, I'll keep practising and maybe one day . . .
