FNSI was a little late...

BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE I HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A HAPPY AND SAFE EASTER WITH LOVED ONES. ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND AND DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY...

I was hoping to get some sewing done for FNSI but this wasn't to be.. I had to tackle paperwork for Centrelink. It was unsuccessful and I was very stressed when I went to bed. It was the 3rd time I have tried to fill these out this last few days but I am going to have to pay an accountant to help out.  It is just added pressure when your mind isn't working well. Anyway, not worth bitching about, it has to be done.
Here was my table.
What a mess of paperwork. I'll be glad when it's done...
I ended up with a headache and went to bed about 1am. I am exhausted....

But today I moved on to some happy me time.
After my hubby and I went for a walk down the street and back. About a 2.5 km walk we were home and ready for lunch. It was a good start for him and we hope he can do this every day now. He was walking better and quicker. He got home tired and needed his own quiet time.
I disappeared and did these little beauties.....

MY SPLENDID SAMPLER BLOCKS.
I just need to stitch the QUILT SHOPPE. Hopefully tonight...

Block 9... Splendid Sampler

This block was made using leftovers from the last Spider-Man quilt I made. I delivered it today and Ricky loved it. Let's hope tomorrow his nephew does too....

Block 10.... Splendid Sampler

I still have to work on the stitching. It will be Sunday's job...
Block 11.... Splendid Sampler

Block 12..... Splendid Sampler

So I am still linking up with Wendy for a belated FNSI.... Have a look to see what else was done...

Looks like some sewing time was just the relaxing change of pace you needed after all that paperwork. Love the quilt shop block -- so cute.
