QATW Bookcase quilt is nearly done.

Well it's not a finish but the top is nearly there. I have the borders to do which include the outside edges of the bookcase and to include 2 more blocks in a different way. I'm happy with all the book titles. I did seperate a few book blocks to space them out. I trimmed the camera block and made it into a book called I SPY WITH MY LITTLE EYE, placed it front on for the display. I even added a book in the top left called QATW... I trimmed the jug, fish bowl & jar blocks so they weren't so big. All is going along nicely.

You are making great progress Jo, it looks fantastic. How are you making the book labels? Love the fish bowl.

Well done, Jo! I’ve long admired the bookcase quilts but never had the courage to tackle one. I see you’ve put a lot of hard work into this beauty!

This looks so good, Jo. I love the stained glass lamp at the top, and the globe, too. So many cool things to look at.

I've just been catching up on reading blog posts. You've completed some great quilt tops. I have a QAYG UFO. There is a lot of hand stitching down of the binding. Not sure how I will go with that. The braid finishes off the map quilt very nicely and I just love your bookcase quilt. I have rather a thing for bookcases full of interesting "Stuff" and always have to have a sticky at any I come across. Your quilt depicts that style so well.
