A fun game of Lawn Bowls

My workplace put on a fun day hosting an EOFY Family Bowls day. It included lunch, a game of bowls, drinks, laughter and a winners pesentation.
I have never played this game before and had no idea what to do.
It was a fun day though.

Yep.... our team lost...

If you had a fun time playing and hanging out with everyone, you definitely didn't "lose". (smiling) Have a great day! --Andrea

My Dad used to belong to a Bowls Club and every year they had a Ladies Day when Mum and my two sisters and I bowled in a knock out competition. Each member supplied a prize and they were displayed on a table in the Clubhouse. At the end of the day names were called out, starting with the overall winner and you chose which prize you wanted.

fun time wonder will you be taking bowls up. When I lived in Australia it as taken very seriously and everyone had to wear white not sure if they still do. We also have bowls here in the UK but have not taken part back I think would not allow it well that is my excuse

looking good! too cold for bare feet I guess? I love lawn bowls. Left mine in Victoria. They're probably out of date now... (time stamped only last 10 years). such a fun game if you can play mixed gender. xo

What a lovely event! What an awesome presentation! This was cool experience. The Lawn Bowls game is always fun loving and family friendly. The pictures you inserted on this page look very funny and cheerful. I was really impressed to be able to recover what sporting spices you brought before your fans and readers like me. Surely would like to drop my hearty thanks to you for sharing such an eventful amusement.
