Taupe shopping

On our way to Ballarat we stopped off in Balkan at
I was lucky enough to stay here for a retreat a few years back. It is a lovely town.
The shop is great.
A beautiful bundle of taupe fat 1/8s

These were the lovely fabrics I bought on my trip to the city.
The apple fabric will be the lining for my BORO work pouch I intend to make.
No it's not taupe but I can see it used.
While I was at my daughters I wanted some yarn to knit a scarf/wrap.
Linda from the UK  sent me the pattern
I love these colours and the yarn is soft.
Can't wait to get started.

The lovely Jenni from   Jacaranda  around her Japanese fabrics to cut some pieces from.
Now I have a great selection to do a BORO design.

It sounds like you have some fun projects in mind. The yarn is so so pretty and will make a lovely scarf.

I'm not certain what a Boro quilt is, but I will be watching and learning. I do love the brown colors.
