FNSI kept me busy with me piecing my 1/2 square triangles together. Mari from http://academicquilter.blogspot.com.au had too many half square triangles so gave them away. Yep, they came to me... This is the pattern I chose and will be making it into a folder cover...
Look at what the WENDY and the others who joined in have done..

SCRAP HAPPY SATURDAY....
I am still working out what to make this year for the RSC15 with ANGELA but I am leaning towards this...... An uneven log cabin block. When 4 are sewn together the centre creates a circle. Or is supposed too. The maths was doing my head in. I haven't got it quite right but it will work. This block measures 11" so once the 4 blocks are together it will be 21" finished.

My goodness. You have been busy. I'm going to enjoy watching your uneven log cabin circle blocks each month.
A busy sewing session! I am impressed, especially that you are working with 1/2" HSTs. Crumbs, literally! When you photograph the finished folder cover be sure to photograph it with a small coin on top of one of the HSTs so we can appreciate how small they are!
You've been very busy, Jo. I just love your Christmas tree.
Lots of fun projects ! :)
Wow Jo you've been super busy xx
I LOVE log cabins ... I've never done an uneven one, though, so I'm excited to see yours come together ... it's going to be a good-sized quilt when you're done, and fabulous looking, too.
You certainly are keeping busy with all of your sewing projects. Interesting Celtic Christmas tree!
All fabulous projects. You have been very busy!
I love how you've laid out your HSTs...they look great! :0)
You had a very productive weekend. Love all the projects you've got going. The Uneven Log Cabin looks to be a really fun idea. Looking forward to seeing that one come together each month.
Oh wow! You have some great projects going on. I hope to attempt a log cabin quilt this year. They are just so interesting.

Wow Great weekend sewing. I love your Log Cabin block.
Busy, busy! That log cabin is really neat. I can't wait to see four together. The tree is amazing... how are you tacking it down?
Wow Jo! You got a ton done and are involved in a lot of things. You sound like me (ha ha). It sure is fun sewing with you!
Some lovely items there. Nice work.
Loving the uneven log cabin. I've seen them with different dimensions, but they do all have a "circle" feel. Such a fun look.
Quite sure you don't sleep! Love all the work. Glad that you had such a great time in Adelaide too.
