I've had a good few days sewing. Quilting and binding.
I had so much fun quilting this ABC quilt. I made it larger than the basic pattern by adding alternating blocks of a cute story book fabric.
My boss and his wife had a gorgeous little girl yesterday and this was what I gifted them.
They have a 2 year old who just loved it. He can learn to read with all the letters. I laid out the alphabet the same way we learnt to sing them.
It is so bright and cheerful.
This one measures 40" * 51"

This is a super cute Forest design measures 44" * 58"
It started as a panel with 4 prints but I left one out as it's colour was just too pink.
Then I strip pieced coordinating fabrics and cut to make fit.
Very happy.
I love this bee fabric so I just bought 1/2 metres and 1 metre lengths.
This quilt measures 39 1/2" * 59 1/2"
The happy trio.

All three baby quilts are gorgeous Jo but the Alphabet one is my favorite.....
Love all 3 quilts, beautiful.
Wow...you have had a very productive few days with 3 cute quilts to show for it!
I love all the cute quilts!
Three delightful quilts. Your boss and his wife must be thrilled to receive the ABC quilt. Funny coincidence. I was in the library in Takaka on Wednesday afternoon and a little two year old girl latched onto me and we had a fun Half an hour whilst her mummy looked at books without interruptions! One of the cute things was the little one launching into the Alphabet Song!
These are all so pretty! I love the alphabet one especially, but they are all lovely and sure to be appreciated.
I love the ABC quilt! It's so pretty and fun too! :0)
Three lovely quilts! All that binding would have taken a while.
I really like the fabrics you used in the second one - they are very sweet.
They are so sweet! The alphabet one is especially cute, with the storybook blocks. I couldn’t help myself from singing the alphabet song.
Your quilts are beautiful, Jo. My favourite is the forest one.
Love these quilts and I now have an idea for a panel I have that is an odd shape.
The yellow and grey bricks are perfect. They are all indeed a happy trio.
