MY LINK BUTTON WORKS — Slow Stitching Sunday

Omg. It has taken me a month but I have figured it out...

Nothing to do with the link button.

On the left hand side of the edit screen there is a pencil with a drop down arrow.
I click on that and change to compose view and it all works perfect....

It’s about time I got this sorted. I was pulling my hair out....

So now I have got over that hurdle I am sitting in for the day, watching tv and slow stitching my binding on the nearly 2nd finish this year.
This quilt was done as a mystery night fundraiser back in 2016 for breast cancer.
I got it quilted last weekend. This is my February UFO finish for my quilt group sew along..

Here is the quilted top in the bright sunshine.

Then in the shade. Look how different the colour shows.

Now for the backing which shows up the quilting.

And today I am on to stitching the binding.

Have a look over here to see what Kathy is up to..

So good you worked out the linky problem....

I'm glad you sorted out your editing problem! It is so frustrating when technology gets in the way of being able to do what you want or need to do. It's great when it makes life easier, but infuriating when it makes life harder!

So many technology things to navigate... I was pulling out my hair in the summer over this, and don't even know how I found my way in the new system, but somehow it all works now... for the moment! Enjoy your hand binding... it's my favourite!

I'm impressed that it's only the third Slow Sunday this year and you already have two finishes! I love the graphic quality and the bold colors on your current quilt. Good luck with the binding.

It's always so nice to have a finish, sewing the binding down is always quite relaxing, I find. Does your quilt feature native flora perhaps?

If you still need to know... change the paragraph to "normal" by clicking on the actual post taskbar...& click on "normal"...
But you will have to do it for each and every post... xox

Modern technology is great when it works, but frustrating when they do updates, and things change. Great work on the quilt Jo.
