Back into the Aussie Hero quilts

I haven't made any Aussie Hero quilts for a while. I thought I'd get back into it with this request.
It was for a beach backdrop with the Ducati logo... I thought I'd give it a go... I used up what ever fabrics I had starting from the bottom. It started with a grassy piece then on to sandy grass tufts. Added we're strips of sandy colours then on to the waves and water. Now for the sun set in a cloudy sky. Offset by the Ducati Logo...

I had enough of this boat fabric which matched the beach theme. Sadly I didn't  have any motorbike fabric. This is the backing.

As for the laundry bag. I usedup all the scraps. Once again starting from the sandy beach and a little bit of grass. Next up was a row of star fish shells. On to the choppy waters and the sun setting in the clouds with the stars appearing. I will also put a Ducati logo on but will add the initials of the recipient. I hope this design is liked. I have had fun putting it all together.

I'm a non-Aussie, don't know Duycari, but hero quilts are for the best cause. A lovely easy design,, and the pillowcase also.
