21.11.2023 Toji Market

This morning we walked to the Toji market. We were all in our different groups and i ended up wandering by myself. There was so much to look at.

Walking past a shrine

The houses have tiny garages and this one fit 2 cars in to it.

They are a trusting country. People would ride their pushbikes to the market and just leave them parked along the roadside. Get off them, leave them unlocked and go shopping in the market. They were still there untouched at the end of the day.

One of the many entrances to this busy market

Money will be spent here

Beautiful buildings and the tree colours are gorgeous.

The Aussie muffin stand was busy with a long queue

The Japanese love these wooden dolls and they are cheap too.

This man was making a brooch out of a pine cone.

Kimonos were very cheap. the cotton ones are the cheapest.
