14.11.2023 We have arrived in Japan. Kichijoji

 What a trip. 24 hours after leaving Mildura we have arrived in Japan. All of us are still very excited even though tired.

We had plenty of time to organise our travel cards/tickets as we arrived at 6am

We got the bus to Kichijoji station and headed to our motel but as we were very early, we had to leave our bags and explore for a couple of hours. Our motel wasn't far from the station and shopping centre.

Search for something to eat. We found this beautiful pancake place but it seemed more like a loaded omlete. Delicious.

Up to our rooms and unpack then meet for dinner.

We had a look through the local shopping complex above the station. WOW. We came across the store called Yuzawaya. An upmarket Spotlight. Spent a few $ there. Sorry no photos but this store was visited often.

Everyone was very tired and this proved to be a difficult decision so after walking around for an hour and not agreeing we went our own way.

I came across a little place and had this dish. Explanations of food is very hard.
