Dear Janes....

Kilmore Dear Jane blocks for over the Xmas break. We only had to do 4 which was good. I was so busy and it was extremely hot here. I have mine finished on time with days to spare before we get the next lot to do. I am loving using up my brown scraps on this quilt.
I foundation pieced this block. The only thing I don't like about this technique is removing the paper.
Block G4
A fun little basket
Block J12
Back to some small piecing
Block E8

Now for some hand appliqué.
Block D8

Good to hear that you are all caught up. Foundation piecing is something that I couldn't get- I really have a problem with spacial awareness.

good to see more Dear Jane blocks though I have passed my book on to someone that might just make some of them decided though I admire the quilts I have seen it is not for me small blocks make too fiddly making and I still cannot do FPPing

Wow! You are moving along. I wonder why the group you are with is jumping around on the order of the blocks. I am not understanding the pattern. I did mine in order (mostly) row by row and assembled the rows as I went along. I am so glad I did because that is a lot of row assembly.
