It’s time to clean your machine and change your needle.
Look at all that fluff. It is filthy
My friend told me she used mascara sticks to clean hers. I have used the pipe cleaner and the little brush that comes with the machine. So I gave it a go.
Everything helps. There was so much fluff but it’s all gone now.
Back together again and it sews much quieter.

It's surprising how much fluff builds up. My repairman told me I should clean the bobbin housing each time I change/refill the bobbin. I'm still surprised at how much can build up.
Good girl. I clean mine most times I refill the bobbin and always when I change the foot plate. I've also a fluffy/large brush I bought at a quilt show and clean both Bubs and my ordinary machine and find it handy too. They do accumulate fluff/stuff. Happy sewing, take care & hugs. Also stay warm.
A good reminder for us all! I suppose I should spend a bit of time today winter cleaning mine as I am between projects.
Yes, I really must get rid of my "fluff" both on my machine as well as my butt!
We all leave it too long before we clean our machines! Does make you fell goo though when it is all clean and shiny. xx
Not a job we enjoy but we all know it has to be done!
It will go much better.....I am constantly amazed at the "fluff" that seems to build up on my glasses too!
It's amazing how much fluff can get in there........ Good job done......I have the machine brush but love my pipe cleaner/straw......
