Swan Hill break

Hubby and I decided to have a break for a few days.
We went to Swan Hill. Stayed at the Riverside Caravan Park next to the Pioneer Village.
Everything was close by....
It was great to sit by the river watching and feeding the ducks. Enjoying the P.S. PYAP float by and just sit and relax...
P.S. PYAP. paddling past and tooting its horn.
The old ONE LANE bridge over the Murray into NSW.
It's currently under construction for repairs..
Feeding all the ducks and other birds

The Swan Hil train station and Turntables
The cut iron work on the gates
The old cars and coaches
The P.S. GEM and train.

Pioneer Settlement Village buildings
Water fountain that is used to filter storm water before it goes in the river.

Thanks for sharing these photos. Having lived in Balaranald for 18 years Swan Hill was a closest major shopping centre. Many a trip was take. With school groups to the pioneer settlement and many more breakfasts were eaten at Spoons right near the Pioneer Settlement looking out over the Little Murray. You have captured the beauty of this place very well.
